Our health advice is aimed at anyone who has questions about their current lifestyle and would like to receive concrete tips on how to maintain and improve their health.

In a 40-minute conversation, you can direct your questions to our expert and take away valuable tips for your everyday life.

Comprehensive health advice

With the comprehensive health consultation we accompany you for over a month. Three detailed discussions will take place.

Location determination

Where are you at the moment? What are your goals and what questions do you have? We will clarify this during the first conversation. If necessary, we will also discuss your blood values.

Measures discussion

After the initial conversation, we will take some time to think about specific actions you can take to achieve your goals. We pay special attention to the fact that they can be implemented in your everyday life without too much effort.

Follow-up discussion

After about a month, we’ll discuss how you did with the tips and clarify any questions you still have.
